Fiscale maatregelen hoofdlijnenakkoord
Gisteren hebben de formerende partijen PVV, VVD, NSC en BBB hun hoofdlijnenakkoord ‘Hoop, lef en trots’ gepubliceerd. Het hoofdlijnenakkoord en de budgettaire bijlage geven (op hoofdlijnen) inzicht in de fiscale plannen van het nieuwe (nog te formeren) kabinet. Wij gaan in dit bericht in op de fiscale onderdelen.

Overgangsrecht 30%-regeling ook van toepassing bij correctie met terugwerkende kracht
Ook als de 30%-regeling met terugwerkende kracht is toegepast in de loonadministratie in 2022 of 2023, valt de werknemer onder het overgangsrecht. Dat heeft de Belastingdienst in zijn laatste standpunt van de reeks over het overgangsrecht en de toepassing van de 30%-regeling bekendgemaakt.
Motion adopted to propose new legislation on Management Equity Plans
The Lower House of the Dutch Parliament has adopted a motion asking the government to propose new legislation with regard to what they call “carried interest”. Specifically, the government was asked to tax carried interest at the progressive personal income tax rate (top rate of 49.5%) for private equity structures.
