Not surprisingly, the Netherlands has many Dutch companies with a German parent company. In the last decades we have also seen German corporate groups establishing Dutch holding, financing and licensing companies.
Dutch-German Tax Forum
Being responsible for the tax affairs of a Dutch company that is part of a German corporate group not only requires up-to-date knowledge of Dutch tax developments, but also an understanding of the tax landscape and developments in Germany. With this requirements in mind Meijburg & Co designed the Dutch-German Tax Forum. Within this Forum we will discuss tax matters from the perspective of both sides of the border. The Forum is also an opportunity to meet and discuss with your peers.
