How ESG is developing as a component within Reward packages

ESG is an important agenda item for all stakeholders, we explore what some firms are doing in this space by being proactive and innovative in driving their ESG agendas.

Pay Transparency – how can you better prepare

We are seeing a strong interest in pay transparency. This is in part driven by changing legislation (in the US and EU) but also by changing social expectations. Greater transparency has significant implications for current pay levels and structures. We share what this means for organisations and how they can prepare ahead of time.

The sessions will be led by our Reward experts and we will also be joined by Andy Holmes, a Reward Leader with 30+ years’ experience who has in recent times been the Head of Reward at Kingfisher, Dentsu International and Abcam. He has in fact worked across 7 industry sectors and will bring his varied experience to join the discussion on pay transparency and ESG.
