We would like to invite you for a session on EU Mandatory Disclosure Rules on May 28 in our office in Amstelveen, where we will demonstrate KPMG’s MDR Technology solution, which provides a solution for tracking and reporting in-scope transactions under the new disclosure rules.
Following the adoption of the EU Mandatory Disclosure Rules for intermediaries and taxpayers (DAC6) in May 2018, several EU Member States have published draft legislation or already introduced mandatory disclosure rules, providing greater insight into the direction of local implementation of DAC6. This Directive is a far-reaching piece of legislation which will require organizations that operate across borders to adjust their governance frameworks and monitor implementation across the EU as implementation in certain member states goes beyond the minimum standard set by DAC6.
To help you prepare for these changes and understand the implications for your organization, we will be hosting a breakfast roundtable on DAC6. During the session we will look into some of the implications for the financial services sector, as financial services companies including banks, insurers, asset managers, brokers, agents, third party administrators and servicers are expected to be within the scope of the Directive in respect of a wide range of transactions.
We will also explain how KPMG is helping FS clients in this area, including as mentioned above the use of KPMG’s technology solution.
We look forward to seeing you on May 28 in our Amstelveen offices.
