It is our pleasure to invite you to our Dutch-German Tax Forum. This new forum has been created to provide a platform for people like you who manage the tax affairs of Dutch companies that are part of corporate groups with a German parent company.
Our KPMG Meijburg & Co German Desk focuses on advising Dutch subsidiaries of German corporate groups. The Netherlands is an important business partner of Germany, with substantial cross-border trade and investments. Not surprisingly, the Netherlands has many Dutch companies with a German parent company. In the last decades we have also seen German corporate groups establishing Dutch holding, financing and licensing companies.
Being responsible for the tax affairs of a Dutch company that is part of a German corporate group not only requires up-to-date knowledge of Dutch tax developments, but also an understanding of the tax landscape and developments in Germany. Our Dutch-German Tax Forum has been designed with this in mind. We will discuss tax matters from the perspective of both sides of the border. The Forum is also an opportunity to meet and discuss with your peers.
